Most days I rise before the sun and make my way to the ocean to bear witness to the sunrise. As I reached the sand today my eyes lifted to take in the abounding beauty and the anticipation of a new day. My senses onlooked a very different landscape and horizon from what I saw just yesterday. It was in that moment I am reminded as to how our lives are forever changing, forever moving and with every day we wake, we are not the same person we were, even just yesterday….
We are made to move and grow and love and flow.
For each of us to find and embody fulfilment we must discover ways to surrender to each moment and to move WITH life. To breathe with the currents and the seasons just as the ocean does. To find our own unique rhythms whilst listening to the voice within for this is where we access the power of grace.
May my being expand through Grace and Light
May I live today and everyday as Wild and Free as the Ocean
May my life align to nature’s Universal Powerful Force
