Karen was so generous in sharing her knowledge of candle making and use of essential oils. All the materials we used for candle making were of exceptional quality. Karen held the space beautifully for a lovely enriching evening.

The scents are of delicate, soft flowers and delicious citrus tones like grapefruit, lime and orange. The candles came with a little set of “how to use” instructions which is so thoughtful! Absolutely love this brand and will be recommending Oceans of Wellness to family and friends.

When I first received my candles I was impressed by the beautiful packaging, cute logo and the informational cards attached. Once I opened my candles I was even more impressed! A sweet thank you note when I opened the box and then inside, the stunning glass candle with wooden lid and divine scents of woods, citrus and florals. Karen conducted an elemental space clearing in our family home. It was a beautiful loving experience and I felt very supported and cared for. The experience was deepened by firstly completing the initial questionnaire which focussed my intentions and my energy on the clearing. As well by the preliminary declutter and clean of the house. I felt the preparation made the experience all the better.

When Karen first arrived, I could feel how much care and focus she had put into the preparation for the cleansing. She had brought oils, candles, a beautiful blessing, sage, sound instruments and other tools that made it customised to our home.

The process of the house clearing felt like a cleansing of my own energies as well as our home. I could feel areas that needed more focus to clear and some that felt OK. I felt like Karen and I worked through the house together creating a beautiful clear sanctuary for my family. It was very special.

Since the clearing, my family has been more at peace and we feel more in balance. There has been less tension. The house just feels better. Our bedrooms feel more like safe places of rest and our communal areas feel just clearer. Hearts Essence Visioning Course

Before I knew it, I was calling out for a purpose.  Karen was there one day at a local café smiling in the sunshine when I looked into her eyes I knew she was a guiding light that I wanted to listen too.  This was before I knew Karen was a light worker.  I contacted Karen asking about life coaching, to only discover Heart Essence Visioning was in the making.

When life directs you to people it’s so clear its where your meant to be that’s visioning right there.

From the moment I stepped into Karen’s space I felt at home at ease, safe and nurtured.  We uncovered powerful messages in our first reading it was so easy from there to step into the space I needed to start my Visioning process. Once I dived into the weekly worksheets I loved the space it had created for the visioning to take place.  My candles, I reconnected with my crystals and the feminine space I had so missed.  Something I found amazing was putting pen to paper allowing the flow of my visions to just write be creative and trust in where the vision was taking me. Finding my deeper values freeing my past and allowing space to forgive. The process created space in myself to allow the abundance in.  I am so grateful to Karen for assisting me so patiently through this process. With every step Karen was there.
