This website is owned operated by, Oceans of Wellness. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Oceans of Wellness. Oceans of Wellness offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted by Stripe.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Orders and Payment
Orders for Oceans of Wellness can be made through the enquiry forms on the website.
All prices are displayed in full AUD amounts. We currently our NOT able to process international orders.
Payment must be made in full in order to confirm your order. We accept payment via credit card.
All orders, once payment has cleared, will be confirmed via e-mail. You will receive a unique order number, which is to be quoted in any correspondence with Oceans of Wellness regarding your order. Upon receipt of this e-mail, please ensure that you double check all details of the order, especially your delivery address. We are unable to re-route order once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hrs of confirmation. We will make every attempt to comply with cancellation requests, however if an order has commenced packaging or been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Depending on the size of item(s) purchased, orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express Parcel or Fastway Couriers. Orders within Australia should arrive within 1 – 7 business days after shipping date.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 Australia wide and free shipping for orders over $120. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase.
All other shipping information is outlined below.
We will NOT be responsible for delays in delivery, which stem from circumstances beyond our control. Missing or damaged orders are to be taken up with the shipping carrier responsible for your delivery. If a package is damaged in transit, please photograph package and contents if possible and notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up with the shipping carrier.
All damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery, we are unable to assist after this time.
Any missing orders will not be actioned by us until the recommended delivery period has lapsed, and the shipping carrier service has been contacted.
Returns Shipping Policy
It is okay to change your mind, so you may return most items in new, unused undamaged condition, with original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a store credit. Be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com and we will arrange with you the return of the item, and notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund – i.e. You will only receive a refund for the product you purchased only.
Shipping charges in this case is the customer’s responsibility (consider insurance, post back within 7 days)
If you are return shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When returning your item, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid breakages. We recommend using sufficient bubble wrap and/or padding. Oceans of Wellness will not be responsible for any returns not packaged properly that are broken in transit. Any items broken in transit due to customer fault will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items and some specials items are final sale and will be marked as such.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper.
Store credit must be used within 60 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)>
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 19 Palmer Avenue, Ocean Shores New South Wales AU 2483.
Oceans of Wellness intention circles and wedding light ceremony information can be found on our website, or contact us for further details.
Ceremonies must have a minimum of 4 participants and bookings must be made 1 week in advance. We require payment in full, 5 days prior to the date of gathering.
Ceremonies can be performed anywhere from Byron Bay to the Gold Coast. Some destinations will incur additional travel expenses, which will be quoted at the time of booking.
Please allow three hours for your ceremony.

Once payment is made, we are unable to refund the amount paid.
Our Oceans of Wellness Policy will, at all times, govern the collection, storage and use of your person information. Please ensure that you read this policy before engaging with our service.
Product Appearance and Description
All Oceans of Wellness candles are handmade and unique, no vessel is perfectly the same and exactly alike. We make every attempt to accurately display product appearances and colours on our website. However, appearances may not always be identical so please be aware of this before you place your order.
Oceans of Wellness understands that privacy is paramount, and that our customers first concern is the security of the information they share online.
We endeavour, at all times, to maintain the highest standards of security of personal and private information.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Stripe will only use User Data as permitted by this Agreement, by other agreements between you and us, or as otherwise directed by you. You will protect all Data you receive through the Services, and you may not disclose or distribute any such Data, and you will only use such Data in conjunction with the Services and as permitted by this Agreement or by other agreements between you and us. Neither party may use any Personal Data to market to Customers unless it has received the express consent from a specific Customer to do so. You may not disclose Payment Data to others except in connection with processing Transactions requested by Customers and consistent with applicable Laws and Network Rules.
You affirm that you are now and will continue to be compliant with all applicable Laws governing privacy and your use of Data that you provide to us or access through your use of the Services. You also affirm that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents under applicable Laws to disclose to Stripe — or allow Stripe to collect, use, retain, and disclose — any Personal Data that you provide to us or authorise us to collect, including Data that we may collect directly from Customers using cookies or other similar means. As may be required by Law and in connection with this Agreement, you are solely responsible for disclosing to Customers that Stripe processes Transactions (including payment Transactions) for you and may receive Personal Data from you. Additionally, where required by Law or Network Rules, we may delete or disconnect a Customer’s Personal Data from your Stripe Account when requested to do so by the Customer.
If we become aware of an unauthorized acquisition, disclosure or loss of Customer Personal Data on our systems, we will notify you consistent with our obligations under applicable Law. We will also notify you and provide you sufficient information regarding the unauthorized acquisition, disclosure or loss to help you mitigate any negative impact on the Customer.
If you use Payment Services to accept payment card Transactions, you must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) and, if applicable to your business, the Payment Application Data Security Standards (PA-DSS) (collectively, the “PCI Standards”). Stripe provides tools to simplify your compliance with the PCI Standards, but you must ensure that your business is compliant. The specific steps you will need to take to comply with the PCI Standards will depend on your implementation of the Payment Services. You can find more information about implementing Stripe in a manner compliant with the PCI Standards in our Documentation. You will promptly provide us with documentation demonstrating your compliance with the PCI Standards upon our request. If you elect to store, hold and maintain “Account Data”, as defined by the PCI Standards (including Customer card account number or expiration date), you further agree that you will either maintain a PCI-compliant system or use a compliant service provider to store or transmit such Account Data; further, you agree to never store any “Sensitive Authentication Data”, as defined by the PCI Standards (including CVC or CVV2), data at any time. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it this not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We will use any necessary information to fulfil your current order, and we may store details for the purposes of streamlining your experience in the future.
Your e-mail address may be used to update you about Oceans of Wellness offerings. If you wish to stop receiving such marketing communications, please contact us and we will remove your e-mail from our subscription list. You are welcome to re-join us at any time!
We always store your personal information as carefully and securely as possible- whether that is in physical or electronic format. The only persons who will have access to your information will be employees or authorised agents of Oceans of Wellness. Information will only ever be accessed at the time that we need to use it to fulfil your order, assist you in correspondence of a customer service nature or update you about other Oceans of Wellness information.
Information is treated as highly confidential by any party who deals with it. When information is no longer required it is deleted or otherwise destroyed.
Oceans of Wellness will never share your information with any third party without your express consent.
