Always in love with moon…
I’m absolutely in love with the full moon its mystery, its majesty, its boldness. On nights when she is full, I find myself in awe of this incredible natural world that is our home.
But I also have another love and it exists in the darkness within the void. It’s the understated new moon of which I also believe to be remarkably special and extremely powerful.
The new moon is a moment in time where the sky is moonless, and the darkening transpires. If you look toward the celestial world you will witness a giant clear page just awaiting you to fill.
Under the influence of the new moon we can pledge ways to manifest our greatest dreams and wishes. We can review, reset and renew our goals and highest ideals. We are offered a chance to uncover our hidden aspects and to plant the seeds of new beginnings. To consciously sense the future path of our reality so it may grow and bear fruit.
No matter what is happening in our lives there is power to come home and tune in with the moon…
In just 3 days the moon will become new again at 27 degrees Pisces. The number 27 adding to 9 points to completion along with the gentle Piscean water element of heightened intuition, empathy and receptivity.
A way we can align to the power of the new moon is to journal and call forth our intentions. In the days leading up to take some time to light a candle, place hand over heart and have a conversation with YOU. “How do you wish to feel?” “What darker aspects of your personality do you wish to acknowledge?” What do you aspire to create in your life?” Balance, wellness, love, vitality?
By the dark of the moon call forward your grandest desires. Write it down, sweat it out, sing it loud, draw or paint and fill the page with your colour filled visions.
The sky is the limit and within lie our treasures of truth. Our future really is created by what we are bold enough to imagine, so remember to DREAM BIG.
